Summary
Product identification
- Model: HT3-2012-100
- Series: High TDS Series
Application
The VONTRON HT3-2012-100 RO element is designed for treating high TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) water resources up to 4000 ppm. It effectively removes organic matter, microorganisms, viruses, metal ions, radioactive particles, and carcinogens from water.
Applications include:
- Residential water purifiers
- Hospital and laboratory water purification devices
- Treatment of centralized water supply, underground water, and other water sources.

Important Information
- Preservation:
- Dry membrane elements leave the factory without preservation solution.
- Wet membrane elements contain 1.0% sodium bisulfite (in winter, 10% propylene glycol antifreeze is added) as a preservation solution and are vacuum packaged.
- Dry membrane elements must be kept wet after initial soaking.
- Wet membrane elements not in use for a long time require a preservation solution.
- Initial Flushing:
- Recommended initial flush: 15-25 minutes at low pressure (do not soak overnight).
- Follow with 60-90 minutes at high pressure (water flow not less than 50% of system design).
- Permeate and concentrated water from the first hour of operation must be discharged.
- Chemicals: The addition of any chemicals that may affect the membrane element during storage and operation is prohibited.
- Warranty: The operating limits and guidelines provided are part of the limitations of the three-year membrane element warranty.
- For detailed installation, commissioning, storage, and transportation, refer to the Product Manual.
