Summary

Product Identification

AXEON manufactures membrane elements for industrial, commercial, and residential applications, utilizing leading membrane film technology. All elements are shipped dry for an indefinite shelf life. AXEON also offers membrane housings designed to fit standard size membrane elements.

Membrane Series Overview:

  • TF-Series: Residential Extra Low Energy Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Nanofiltration elements. Certified by NSF International against NSF/ANSI Standard 58 for material requirements only.
  • HF1-Series: Commercial Low Energy RO membranes, designed for low applied pressures.
  • HF4-Series: Commercial Extra Low Energy RO membranes, designed for even lower operating pressures than HF1.
  • HF5-Series: Commercial Ultra Low Energy RO membranes, operating at pressures as low as 80 psi.
  • HR3-Series: Commercial High Rejection RO membranes, for high salt rejection in tap and light brackish water applications.
  • NF3-Series: Commercial Nanofiltration membranes, providing low operating pressures for nanofiltration applications.
  • NF4-Series: Commercial Nanofiltration membranes, offering higher rejection levels at low operating pressures.

All commercial membrane elements (HF1, HF4, HF5, HR3, NF3, NF4) are Polyamide Thin-Film Composite type. HF1, HF4, HR3, NF3, NF4 feature a protective ABS shell, while HF5 has a protective tape wound exterior.
