The GBFV8-Series consists of Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel Single Bag Liquid Vessels. The V-ring design provides a positive snap-fit to ensure against bypass and deliver clean effluent.

Operating limits

• Maximum Flow Rate (recommended through the vessel without a filter bag installed, using water):
  • GBFV815: 90 GPM
  • GBFV830: 200 GPM
  • Note: Any increase in viscosity and/or the installation of filter bags will reduce these flow rates significantly.

Specific performance can vary widely depending on contaminant type, fluid properties, flow rates, and environmental conditions. It is recommended that users conduct thorough qualification testing to assure the product functions as required.

Product water

The V-ring design provides a positive snap-fit to ensure against bypass and deliver clean effluent. NSF Certification applies for use only with drinking water. The "MC" option (NSF-61) only applies to the 304 & 316SS construction and not to the carbon steel construction. Only products bearing the NSF Mark on the product, product packaging, and/or documentation shipped with the product are Certified.
