GEPES-Series High Purity Electronics Grade Polyethersulfone Filter Cartridges are designed to meet the stringent cleanliness requirements of the micro-electronics industry. They feature a polyethersulfone membrane for high flux density and superior throughput, providing an extended operating life. Cartridges are flushed with 18 megaohm ultra-high purity water to achieve low levels of extractable substances and are integrity tested for consistent performance. They are manufactured in a clean-room environment.
