The HiFlux KS-137 filters are compact self-cleaning filters designed for a wide range of applications, including cleaning liquids such as tung oil, lubricating oil, bitumen, grease, paint, toothpaste, water, fermentation liquids, petrol, syrup, condensate, CIP liquids, and antibiotic suspensions. They are suitable for continuous operation without flow interruption.

Mechanical / Hydraulic

The filtration principle uses an asymmetric edge-gap element, retaining dirt particles on the filter element surface. During cleaning, the filter insert rotates, and three fixed blades scrape dirt into a sludge chamber for drainage. This process allows continuous flow with only a minor reduction (5-10%) during drainage, which typically lasts 1-3 seconds.
