The PALL POLY-FINE® II Series comprises filter cartridges designed for consistent performance, high contaminant holding capacity, and wide chemical compatibility. They feature a rigid polypropylene outer cage and all-polypropylene one-piece construction, except for the 0.2 µm grade. The 0.2 µm grade utilizes asymmetric polysulfone media. - Maximum Forward Differential Pressure:
- 75 psid (5.1 bard) @ 68°F (20°C)
- 40 psid (2.8 bard) @ 150°F (65°C)
- Recommended Change Out Differential Pressure: 35 psid (2.4 bard), provided maximum differential pressure is not exceeded based on temperature limits.
- Sterilization:
- Multiple autoclaving for 30 minutes at 250°F (121°C) under no end load conditions.
- In-line steam sterilization is not recommended.
- May be in-line sanitized with hot water at 180°F (82°C) for 1 hour.
