Summary
Product identification
The Pureflex Series HEPP (High Efficiency Pleated Polypropylene) cartridges are Beta 5000/absolute-rated pleated polypropylene cartridges. These cartridges are designed for effective and economical filtration where a beta 5000 rating (99.98% efficiency) is required. They are manufactured entirely from polypropylene materials, offering chemical compatibility for a broad range of applications.
General Features
- Efficiency ratings exceeding 99.98% (beta 5000)
- Reduces particles as small as 0.2 micron in size by mechanical means
- Available in 10”, 20”, 30” and 40” (254, 508, 762 and 1,016 mm) lengths
- High dirt-holding capacity and long cartridge life
- Chemically compatible in most applications
- Low pressure drop
- Single-piece cage and core construction
- Manufactured from FDA-listed materials
- Meets USP Class IV biological test for plastics
- Multiple endcap configurations and O-ring materials available
- Glue-free, bypass-free filtration process using thermal bonding for media, core, cage, and endcaps.
