Operating limits

Housings are available with various pressure ratings:

• Clamp Type (CFHC, BFHC): Working Pressure: 7 bar
• Flange Type (CFHF): Working Pressure: 7 bar (some models up to 10 bar for "Big Blue" cartridge housings)
• Flange Type High Pressure (CFHF(HP) for cartridges): Working Pressure: 10 bar (Housings with fewer than 7 elements come with hinge joint)
• Flange Type High Pressure (BFHF(HP) for single bag): Working Pressure: 14 bar
• Davit Type (CFHD): Working Pressure: 10 bar
• Multi Bag (BFHM): Working Pressure: 10 bar

Mechanical / Hydraulic

Inlet, Outlet, Drain & Vent connections are available with BSPF / NPTF threading or ANSI - Flange, depending on size and design type.

Cartridge Filter Housings (CFHC, CFHF, CFHF(HP), CFHD) These housings are available for 10", 20", 30", and 40" cartridges, supporting between 3 and 160 cartridges depending on the model.

• Recommended Flow: Varies from 3 m³/hr (for 3 x 10" cartridges) up to 640 m³/hr (for 160 x 40" cartridges), calculated at 1 m³/hr per 10" cartridge.
• Inlet/Outlet Openings: Range from 1.5" (Threaded) to 8" (Flanged).
• Drain (NPT Female): Typically 1/2" or 3/4", with some models at 1".
• Vent (NPT Female): Typically 1/4", with some models at 1/2".
• Internal Diameter: Ranges from 170 mm to 1200 mm.

Bag Filter Housings (BFHC, BFHF, BFHF(HP), BFHM) These housings accommodate single or multiple bags.

• Bag Sizes: Single bag housings support bag sizes 1 to 4. Multi-bag housings support 2 to 18 bags.
• Inlet/Outlet Openings: Range from 1" (threaded) to 10" (flanged).
• Flow Rate: Ranges from 4 m³/h (single bag, size 3) to 540 m³/h (multi-bag, 18 bags).
• Diameter: Ranges from 114 mm to 1200 mm.
• Thickness: Ranges from 2 mm to 6 mm.
