The Pentek 3G Standard Filter Housings are a series of filter housings available in 10" and 20" sump lengths, in both clear and opaque materials. These housings feature buttress threads and uniform walls for strength and ease of cartridge change. They are designed to accept both proprietary Seal−Safe™ double o−ring sealing cartridges and standard double open end (DOE) cartridges.

Features include:

• Integral bracket and mounting boss cap versions
• Optional pressure-relief/bleed button and differential pressure gauge
• Leak-proof sealing with a top−seated floating Buna−N o−ring

• 3G #20 Blue or Clear IB/MM: 1 psi @ 10 gpm (0.07 bar @ 38 Lpm)

Caution: Protect against freezing to prevent cracking of the filter and water leakage.

• Cartridge Compatibility: Accommodates a wide range of 2 1/4" to 3 1/8" diameter cartridges.

A wide variety of cartridges are available for these housings, including but not limited to meltblown depth filters, filter bags, spun polypropylene, deionization, iron reduction, phosphate crystal, water softening, electroplating, ceramic, membrane, granular activated carbon (GAC), carbon block, pleated polyester/cellulose, and wound cartridges in various lengths and micron ratings.
