T-Rack™ Configurations
The datasheet provides detailed tables for T-Rack™ configurations, including Single-Sided Connection to Manifold (2 Rows and 4 Rows configurations) and Double-Sided Connection to Manifold (4 Rows configuration). These tables list the number of modules, T-Rack™ Unit part number, rack length, and total membrane area for various system sizes.
- Single-Sided Connection to Manifold (2 Rows Configuration): Supports 4 to 30 modules, with total membrane areas ranging from 320 m² (3,444 ft²) to 2,400 m² (25,833 ft²).
- Single-Sided Connection to Manifold (4 Rows Configuration): Supports 32 to 60 modules, with total membrane areas ranging from 2,560 m² (27,556 ft²) to 4,800 m² (51,667 ft²).
- Double-Sided Connection to Manifold (4 Rows Configuration): Supports 64 to 120 modules, with total membrane areas ranging from 5,120 m² (55,111 ft²) to 9,600 m² (103,333 ft²).
See the official PDF for exact tabulated values, part numbers, and dimensions for each T-Rack™ configuration.
General Information
- Avoid abrupt pressure variations during start-up, operation, shutdown, cleaning, or other sequences to prevent possible membrane damage. The maximum allowable pressure change is 0.5 bar/s.
- For assembly, refer to the latest version of the DuPont™ Inge™ TR Rack Assembly Manual (Form No. 45-D02230-en).
- Failure to strictly follow operating limits and guidelines may void any warranty.
- For biological growth control during extended shutdowns, a storage solution must be introduced. Refer to the DuPont™ Inge™ PES-UF Module Preservation Instruction (Form No. 45-D02946-en) for details.
Regulatory Note
- Certified drinking water modules require specific conditioning procedures prior to producing potable water. Refer to the DuPont™ Inge™ Process and Design Guidelines (Form No. 45-D02234-en) for operating parameters.
- Drinking water modules may be subject to additional regulatory restrictions in some countries. Check local regulatory guidelines and application status before use.
- Flushing must be done according to the DuPont™ Inge™ PES-UF Module Rinsing Procedure (Form No. 45-D02947-en).
