T-Rack™ Configuration

The datasheet provides detailed tables for various T-Rack™ configurations, including single-sided and double-sided connections to manifolds, with 2-row and 4-row arrangements. These tables specify the number of modules, T-Rack™ unit part numbers, rack lengths, and total membrane areas for systems ranging from 4 to 120 modules.

See the official PDF for exact tabulated values.

General Information

  • Avoid abrupt pressure variations during start-up, operation, shutdown, cleaning, or other sequences to prevent possible membrane damage. The maximum allowable pressure change is 0.5 bar/s.
  • For assembly, refer to the latest version of the DuPont™ Inge™ TR Rack Assembly Manual (Form No. 45-D02230-en).
  • Failure to strictly follow operating limits and guidelines may void the warranty.
  • During extended system shutdowns, a storage solution must be introduced into the membrane modules to control biological growth. Refer to the DuPont™ Inge™ PES-UF Module Preservation Instruction (Form No. 45-D02946-en) for details.

Regulatory Note

  • Certified drinking water modules require specific conditioning procedures prior to producing potable water. Refer to the DuPont™ Inge™ Process and Design Guidelines (Form No. 45-D02234-en) for operating parameters.
  • Drinking water modules may be subject to additional regulatory restrictions in some countries. Check local regulatory guidelines and application status before use.
  • Flushing must be performed according to the DuPont™ Inge™ PES-UF Module Rinsing Procedure (Form No. 45-D02947-en).
