The IntegraPac™ Ultrafiltration Skid, available in IP-51XP or IPD-51XP models, is a pre-engineered, standardized skid design incorporating DuPont's ultrafiltration modules with XP fiber, auxiliary parts, and piping. It is designed to streamline design, assembly, and installation.
Key features include:
- Modular and scalable for a wide range of flow rates.
- Uses high permeability XP fiber to improve operating efficiencies and productivity.
- Materials of construction selected for corrosion resistance and chemical compatibility.
- Shipped unassembled to lower transportation costs and prevent transit damage.
- Direct coupling of modules eliminates ancillary piping, saving costs and reducing footprint.
- IPD skid tested and certified by NSF International under NSF/ANSI 61 and 419 for safe use in drinking water applications.
- Standardized and pre-fabricated components eliminate measuring, cutting, gluing, and welding.
- Compact design and footprint save space.
- Easily accessible for physical inspection or replacement at end of life.
- Operator-friendly transparent filtrate elbow for easy visual integrity inspection.
- High pressure rating to enable direct feed to reverse osmosis feed pumps.

Important Information and Guidelines:
- Proper start-up procedures are essential to prepare membranes for service and prevent damage. Refer to the Ultrafiltration Technical Manual (Form No. 45-D00874-en).
- Avoid abrupt pressure variations during operation, cleaning, or shutdown sequences.
- Flush the system to remove shipping solution and remove residual air prior to start-up. Manually start equipment. Initial filtrate may need to be discarded depending on the application.
- Strict adherence to operating limits and guidelines is required to maintain the limited warranty.
- During extended system shutdowns, inject storage solution into membrane modules to control biological growth.
- The use of this product alone does not guarantee the removal of cysts and pathogens; effective reduction depends on the complete system design, operation, and maintenance.
- NSF/ANSI 61 and 419 certified drinking water modules require specific conditioning procedures before producing potable water. Consult the Ultrafiltration Technical Manual for details and check local regulatory guidelines.
