Summary

Product Identification

DuPont IntegraPac™ Ultrafiltration Modules are made from high-strength, hollow fiber membranes engineered for various water treatment applications. The modules feature PVDF fibers for strength, chemical, and fouling resistance, promoting extended membrane life and consistent long-term performance.

  • Models: IP-51, IPD-51, IP-77, IPD-77
  • Membrane Material: PVDF hollow fiber
  • Pore Size: 0.03 micron
  • Flow Configuration: Outside-in
  • Key Features:
    • Innovative end-caps for direct module coupling, eliminating piping manifolds.
    • Outside-in flow allows higher TSS feed waters.
  • Certifications:
    • IPD-51 and IPD-77 are tested and certified by NSF International under NSF/ANSI Standard 61.
    • IPD-77 is also tested and certified by NSF/ANSI Standard 419 for Public Drinking Water Equipment.

Important Information

Proper start-up, operation, and maintenance are essential to prevent membrane damage and ensure system performance. Abrupt pressure variations should be avoided during start-up, shutdown, or cleaning. The system should be flushed to remove shipping solution and residual air prior to start-up. For detailed procedures, refer to the Ultrafiltration Technical Manual (Form No. 45-D00874-en).

For extended system shutdowns, injecting a storage solution into the membrane modules is recommended to control biological growth.

The use of this product does not inherently guarantee the removal of cysts and pathogens from water; effective reduction depends on complete system design, operation, and maintenance. NSF/ANSI 61 and 419 certified drinking water modules require specific conditioning procedures before producing potable water.
