Description and Use

Hypersperse MDC150 is a liquid antiscalant/antifoulant designed to control scale precipitates and reduce particulate fouling in membrane separation systems.

• Certified for use in producing potable water (Certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 60).
• Offers superior control of calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate scales; provides good control of barium sulfate and strontium sulfate scales.
• Compatible with all leading RO membranes.
• Maintains cleaner membrane surfaces by dispersing particulate foulants.
• Effective over a wide pH range.
• Compatible with feedwaters containing aluminum and iron oxides.
• Formulated to be compatible with coagulants. Confirm coagulant compatibility with your SUEZ representative.

Treatment and Feeding Requirements

• Typical Dosage Range: 2 to 6 mg/L.
• Feeding Location: For maximum effectiveness, add prior to the static mixer or cartridge filter housing.
• Dilution: May be fed neat or diluted. Maximum recommended dilution is 10% with RO permeate or DI water at room temperature.
• Consult your local SUEZ representative to define the optimal feed point and dosage rate.
