- Effective over a wide pH range.
- May be fed neat or diluted.
Description and use
Hypersperse MDC707 is a highly effective liquid antiscalant/antifoulant developed to control scale precipitates and reduce particulate fouling within membrane separation systems. This product is specifically formulated for use with SoliSep MPT150 coagulant. It is imperative that the coagulants used are compatible with the antiscalant/antifoulant injected, as incompatible chemicals may cause membrane fouling.
Typical applications
For maximum effectiveness, Hypersperse MDC707 should be added prior to the static mixer or cartridge filter housing.
Treatment and feeding requirements
- Dosing: Typical dosage range is between 1 and 3 mg/l (ppm) on the membrane system feedwater volume. Contact your local SUEZ representative to define the optimal feed point and dosage rate.
- Dilution: Maximum dilution is temperature-related:
- Temperature <30 °C: Maximum Dilution 10%
- Temperature 30-35 °C: Maximum Dilution 25%
- Temperature >35 °C: Maximum Dilution 50%
