Description and Use

Kleen BC9524 is a blended product formulated for off-line cleaning of systems including evaporators, beer columns, brewery pasteurizers, heat exchangers, and fermentation equipment. It is designed to remove:

• Hardness deposits
• Protein deposits
• Oils
• Other organic materials
• Inorganic deposits such as calcium carbonate

The ingredients are GRAS (Generally Recognized As Safe) by FDA for use in human or animal food. The product aims to prolong periods between boil-outs and reduce process downtime.

Treatment and Feeding Requirements

• Application Dilutions: 2 to 20%, depending on deposit severity.
• Method of Application: Can be pumped with recirculation (typical for evaporator cleaning) or manually charged (for pasteurizer cleaning).
• Optimal Conditions: Works best when the treated water is heated to 160 to 180°F (71 to 82°C) and circulated for 2 to 6 hours, or until the system is clean.
