Operating limits

• Acceptance Test Class: ISO 9906 - class 2.
• NPSH Values: Measured values correspond to a 3% loss of discharge head. NPSH values for capacities below Q = 0.3 x Qoptimum cannot be reliably supplied.
• Media Density (ρ): Total heads and performance characteristics apply to media with a density ρ = 1.0 kg/dm³. If the density is ≠ 1.0, the performance must be multiplied by ρ.
• Kinematic Viscosity (ν): Up to 20 mm²/s. For viscosities > 20 mm²/s, cold water data must be calculated, and the effect on pump performance determined.
• Friction Losses: For certain pump designs (reinforced bearings, special shaft seals), friction losses must be taken into account and indicated separately in the data sheet.
• Magnochem and Secochem-Ex Specific: Diagram values represent only the hydraulic power input/efficiency of the pump. Additional power requirements of the pump set (due to magnetic drive or canned motor) are specified separately in the data sheet.

The pumps are designed for operation at 50 Hz with nominal speeds (n) of 2900, 1450, and 960 1/min (rpm).

  • CPKN / CPKN-CHs: Most sizes from 25-160 up to 100-315 are available. Some larger sizes are also available. "Heated model –CHs" is possible for many CPKN sizes.
  • CPK-D: Many sizes from 25-160 up to 100-315 are available.
  • HPK-L: Many sizes from 25-160 up to 100-315 are available. Specific models like HPK-LS4, HPK-LE, HPK-LS have availability restrictions for certain sizes.
  • Magnochem / Secochem-Ex: Many sizes from 25-160 up to 100-315 are available.
  • Magnochem-Bloc: Many sizes from 25-160 up to 100-315 are available.
• n = 1450 1/min:
  • CPKN / CPKN-CHs: A wide range of sizes from 25-160 up to 400-710 are available. "Heated model –CHs" is possible for many CPKN sizes. Some sizes are available "on request".
  • CPK-D: A wide range of sizes from 32-250 up to 400-710 are available.
  • HPK-L / HPK: Many sizes from 32-250 up to 400-710 are available. Some sizes are available "as HPK only" or "on request".

  • CPK-D: A wide range of sizes from 32-250 up to 400-710 are available.
