The GIW® HVF is a High Volume Froth Pump designed for air entrained slurries.
Design Features
- Deaeration Chamber: Removes air from the pumping process, ensuring active air clearing and an open path to the atmosphere. This reduces costly product losses and water additions.
- Vented Impeller: Features a patented hydraulic design that removes air from the impeller eye while the pump is running, enabling continuous operation.
- Interchangeability: The HVF pump can be retrofitted into existing froth applications, potentially reducing the number of pumps required, capital expense, and power and water usage. It provides continuous operation without shutdown or operator intervention.
