Materials

• Wetted components: Chrome nickel molybdenum steel DIN 1.4404 / 1.4409 (AISI 316 L / CF3M)
• Some sizes also available made of:
  • Duplex – DIN 1.4469
  • Hastelloy C276

Operating limits

• Pump sizes: 29 pump sizes (for both 50 Hz and 60 Hz)
• Flow rate:
  • Up to 540 m³/h (50 Hz)
  • Up to 500 m³/h (60 Hz)
• Head: Up to 105 m
• Operating pressure: Up to 10 bar (up to 14 bar on request for individual sizes)
• Fluid temperature: Up to +140 °C (Higher temperatures on request)

Electrical

• Variable speed operation in combination with KSB PumpDrive.
• When used in combination with the KSB SuPremE® motor, the pump achieves efficiency level IE5* to IEC/CD 60034-30 Ed. 2.
• *IE5 in accordance with IEC/TS 60034-30-2 up to 15/18.5 kW (only for 1500 rpm types rated 0.55 kW, 0.75 kW, 2.2 kW, 3 kW, 4 kW: IE5 in preparation).

Mechanical / hydraulic

• Zero dead volume design with open impeller and electropolished surface, suitable for CIP/SIP.
• Optimised hydraulic design and impellers matched to the duty point ensure high efficiency.
• Thick casing walls for robustness; pump shaft in separate bearings ensures smooth running.
• Numerous connection options, diverse mechanical seal variants, and different material combinations.
• Pump casing can be opened easily and quickly thanks to the clamping ring connection.
• Pump shaft in separate bearings allows for connecting motors to different standards, including variable speed motors.
