Applications
- Processes with critical NPSH conditions in chemical and petrochemical industries
- Condensate extraction
- Tank storage
- Pipeline services
- Liquefied gas
- Refineries
Mechanical / hydraulic
- Rigid coupling: Features a coupling with a removable spacer between the seal chamber and thrust bearing, facilitating maintenance and mechanical seal removal.
- Flexible installation: Circular or rectangular sole plate allows adaptation to various installation conditions.
- Robust radial bearings: Product-lubricated carbon guide bearings, with a bearing span below API 610 requirements, ensure low vibrations and reliable operation. Other guide bearing materials are available on request.
- Integral thrust bearings: Oil-lubricated bearings integrated into the pump exceed API 610 life requirements, reducing maintenance. Bearings located at the motor are not subjected to pump thrust forces. Oil mist lubrication is available on request.
- Variety of seals: The seal chamber, with an optional heating/cooling jacket, is designed to API 610, allowing installation of any API 682 seal to meet specific process requirements. Gland packing is available on request.
- Suction hydraulics: The first-stage impeller is designed for enhanced suction performance, ensuring low NPSH values and a short pump design. A bellmouth with flow guide vanes guarantees low-turbulence operation. Available with single and double suction.
