This document provides specifications for several series of SAER Electric Submersible Pumps, including:

• MBS Series: Enbloc Electric Submersible Pumps.
• NS-96 Series: 4” Electric Submersible Pumps.
• FS-98 Series: 4” Radial Electric Submersible Pumps with Floating Impeller.
• NS-95 Series: 4” Electric Submersible Pumps.
• NR-151 Series: 6” Radial Electric Submersible Pumps.
• NR-152 Series: 6” Radial Electric Submersible Pumps.

Operating limits

MBS Series

• Minimum liquid level: 100 mm from bottom of suction grid.
• Maximum depth of application: up to 70 m below the water level.
• Rotation speed: 2900 1/min.

NS-96, FS-98, NS-95 Series (4” Pumps)

• Rotation speed: 2900 1/min.
• Horizontal operation is possible; correct installation with relative supports is recommended to ensure proper pump function.

NR-151, NR-152 Series (6” Pumps)

• Minimum hydrostatic head level to the suction grid (m) is provided in the performance tables.
• Horizontal operation is possible with a special version of the group.

NR-152 Series only

• Rotation speed: 2900 1/min.

Mechanical / hydraulic

MBS Series

• Maximum diameter: 147 mm.
• Delivery connection: 1”1/4 G.

NS-96 Series (4” Pumps)

• Maximum diameter: 100 mm.
• Delivery connections:
  • Models A, X, B: 1”1/4 G.
  • Models C, DA: 2”.

FS-98 Series (4” Pumps)

• Maximum diameter: 100 mm.
• Delivery connections:
  • Models A, B, C: 1”1/4 G.
  • Models D, E: 2” G.
• Outlet 1”1/4 is available in carbon steel, brass, or stainless steel.

NS-95 Series (4” Pumps)

• Maximum diameter: 100 mm.
• Delivery connections:
  • Models K, A, X, B, C: 1” 1/4 G.
  • Models DA, E, F: 2” G.

NR-151 Series (6” Pumps)

• Maximum diameter: 150 mm.
• Delivery connections:
  • Models A, B, C, D, F: 2” 1/2 G.
  • Model E: 3” G.
• For pumps with impellers in pressed brass, flow rate (Q) and head (H) decrease by 5%.
• Pumps and motors can be supplied in black colour.

NR-152 Series (6” Pumps)

• Maximum diameter: 150 mm.
• Delivery connections:
  • Models A, B, C: 2” 1/2 G.
  • Models D, E: 3” G.
• Performance data refers to thermoplastic impellers.
• Above 25 stages, suction and delivery supports are made of spheroidal cast iron.

Electrical

NS-96, FS-98, NS-95 Series (4” Pumps)

• Motor rated power is indicated in the tables.
• 230V 3~ motors are available upon request.
• Dimensions are provided for single-phase motors.
• Pumps up to 2.2 kW can be supplied with CLE-95 series motors upon request.

NR-151, NR-152 Series (6” Pumps)

• Motor rated power is indicated in the tables.
