Product identification

The TRISEP® DS Food & Dairy UH030XT Series features a NADIR® UH030 hydrophilic polyethersulfone (PESH) membrane. These XT elements are cast on a polypropylene support material, allowing for cleaning at high temperatures and high pH conditions. The membrane has a nominal 30,000 Da molecular weight cut-off, suitable for applications requiring a more hydrophilic membrane.

Important Information

  • Start-up: MANN+HUMMEL Water & Fluid Solutions recommends flushing elements for 30 minutes at low pressure and discarding permeate during the flush prior to operation. More detailed procedures are available in the OEM's Element Start-Up Guide – System Start-Up (TSG-O-005).
  • Cleaning: TRISEP® membrane elements require periodic cleaning to ensure proper operation and prevent membrane damage. Refer to the OEM's Membrane Cleaning Guide – Food & Dairy: UF & MF Elements (TSG-C-004) for details.
