The NADIR® UV150 T is an ultrafiltration membrane, specifically a 150,000 Dalton molecular weight cut off (M.W.C.O.) polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane. It is available in dry flat sheet rolls and is FDA compliant.

• E-coat applications to reduce wastewater
• Allow for paint recovery
• Reduce chemical and discharge costs

• pH Range: 1.0 – 12.0
• Maximum Cleaning Concentrations:
  • Butyl glycol: 20%
  • Acetic/Lactic acid: 10%

Important information

• Initial Flush: Flushing membrane for 30 minutes and discarding permeate during the flush prior to operation is recommended.
• Storage: Membrane shipped dry should be stored away from direct sunlight in a cool, dry place. Refer to the Membrane Storage Guide – Flat Sheet Membrane (TSG-O-011) for more details.
