The LOW3 XL series consists of Mann + Hummel Oltremare brackish water Reverse Osmosis (RO) elements. These elements offer extra membrane area, low energy consumption, and excellent productivity, delivering consistent and continuous high performance for high-quality water.

General recommendations

• Start-up: Flush elements for 30 minutes at low pressure and discard permeate during the flush before operation. Refer to the Element Start-Up Guide – System Start-Up (TSG-O-005) for more information.
• Cleaning: Oltremare membrane elements require periodic cleaning to ensure proper operation and prevent membrane damage. Refer to the Membrane Cleaning Guide – Water Application Elements (TSG-C-001).
• Storage: Oltremare membrane elements must be stored appropriately. Refer to the Element Storage Guides (TSG-O-009 & TSG-O-01).
