The TRISEP® ACMX is an ultra-low energy reverse osmosis (RO) flat sheet membrane. It is available in both dry and wet flat sheet rolls and is FDA compliant.

ᵃ Test conditions for flux and rejection: 500 ppm NaCl, 6.9 bar (100 psi), 25°C (77°F), 15% recovery, pH 8.0, 30 minutes operation.

Operating limits

• pH Range: 1.0 – 12.0
• Chlorine Tolerance: < 0.1 ppmᵇ

ᵇ Oxidizing agents, such as free chlorine, in contact with polyamide membranes may result in shortened operating life or membrane failure.

TRISEP flat sheet membrane is available in the following standard sizes:

• Sample size: 305 mm x 1,016 mm (12 in x 40 in)
• Nominal roll size: 305 m x 1,016 mm (1,000 ft x 40 in) Custom lengths may be available upon request.

Important Information

• Initial Flush: Flushing the membrane for 30 minutes and discarding the permeate prior to operation is recommended.
• Storage: Membrane shipped dry should be stored in a cool, dry place. If shipped wet, TRISEP membrane must remain sealed and refrigerated prior to use. Refer to the Membrane Storage Guide – Flat Sheet Membrane (TSG-O-011) for more details.
