Product Identification

The SPIRA-CEL® FY E-Coat UV200 Series consists of spiral-wound elements featuring a netting outer wrap. These elements offer an optimum surface-area-to-volume-ratio. The feed channel height is adjustable (from 30 to 80 mil) by varying the spacer material thickness, allowing adaptation to different solids content in the liquid. This design provides excellent hydrodynamics with low energy demand.

Important Information

• Start-up: MANN+HUMMEL Water & Fluid Solutions recommends flushing elements for 30 minutes at low pressure and discarding permeate during the flush prior to operation. For detailed procedures, refer to the "Element Start-Up Guide – System Start-Up (TSG-O-005)".
• Cleaning: TRISEP® membrane elements require periodic cleaning to ensure proper operation and prevent membrane damage. Refer to "Membrane Cleaning Guides".
• Storage: TRISEP membrane elements must be stored appropriately to ensure proper operation and prevent membrane damage. Refer to "Element Storage Guides (TSG-O-009 & TSG-O-010)".
