The TRISEP® UF5 is a Polyethersulfone (PES) Ultrafiltration Membrane with a nominal molecular weight cut-off (MWCO) of 5,000 Daltons. It is suited for process separations, particularly for protein concentration to high solids levels, where a tighter ultrafiltration membrane maximizes product yield. The UF5 membrane sheet is available in both dry and wet flat sheet rolls and is FDA compliant.

Installation / Operation

• Initial Flush: It is recommended to flush the membrane for 30 minutes and discard permeate during the flush prior to operation.

Storage

Membrane is shipped dry unless wet membrane is specifically requested.

• Dry Membrane: Store in a cool, dry place.
