Summary
Product identification
TurboClean® Food & Dairy UA60 NF Series elements are designed for sanitary applications. These elements feature a patented hard-shell design, resulting in approximately 60% less bypass flow compared to other sanitary elements. This design promotes energy savings, higher flux rates, and more effective membrane cleaning due to increased feed flow across the membrane surface and higher cross-flow velocity. TurboClean elements are stronger than net-wrapped sanitary elements, able to withstand higher pressure drops, and offer easier loading and unloading due to tight OD tolerance and optimal circularity.
