Summary
Product identification
MANN+HUMMEL Water & Fluid Solutions offers TurboClean® Process Sanitary Style Nanofiltration (NF) Elements. These elements feature a patented sanitary hard-shell design, which provides about 60% less bypass flow compared to other sanitary elements, leading to energy savings or higher flux rates. They are designed for higher cross-flow velocity, resulting in more effective membrane cleaning, and are stronger than net-wrapped sanitary elements, capable of withstanding higher pressure drops. TurboClean® elements also feature a tight OD tolerance and optimal circularity for easier loading and unloading.
All models on this sheet include:
- TurboClean® sanitary outer wrap
- Parallel feed spacers
- Anti-telescoping devices (ATDs) attached to the ends of the element
- One interconnector
- Brine seal is not included and not required
