Summary

Product identification

MANN+HUMMEL Water & Fluid Solutions offers TurboClean® Warm Temperature elements, designed for continuous operation up to 60°C. These elements feature a patented sanitary hard-shell design, resulting in approximately 60% less bypass flow compared to other sanitary elements. TurboClean elements are robust, stronger than net-wrapped sanitary elements, and can withstand higher pressure drops. Their tight outer diameter (OD) tolerance and optimal circularity aim for easier loading and unloading.

Key benefits include:

  • Strongest Sanitary Element
  • Most Effective Cleaning
  • Longer Operating Life
  • Easiest Installation
  • Better Performance

Regulatory

All listed models utilize FDA (CFR Title 21) compliant materials, adhere to EU regulations (EC) No. 1935/2004 and No. 10/2011, and possess Halal and Kosher certifications. All 38-inch long models conform to USDA 3A sanitary standard 45-03.

Important Information

  • Start-up: It is recommended to flush elements for 30 minutes at low pressure, discarding the permeate during this initial flush.
  • Cleaning: Periodic cleaning is necessary for proper operation and to prevent membrane damage.
  • Storage: Elements must be stored appropriately to ensure proper operation and prevent damage.
