Product Identification

The T-Rack® 3.0 is an ultrafiltration rack solution designed for larger-scale filtration systems. It integrates dizzer® XL ultrafiltration modules with Multibore® membranes.

Available module and membrane variants:

  • dizzer® XL 0.9 MB 70 WT (Part number: VK-1087)
  • dizzer® XL 1.5 MB 50 WT (Part number: VK-1101)

General Features

  • Robust Design: Engineered for corrosion resistance and high-pressure operability, particularly for seawater pretreatment. Features direct welding of T-pieces to the module body, 6" flexible pipe couplings for module-to-header connections, and no adhesive connections.
  • Compact Footprint: Up to 60 percent smaller than conventional rack designs due to integrated header pipes in module end caps.
  • High Capacity: Supports up to 136 modules per rack.
  • Expandable: Modular design with standardized components allows for easy capacity expansion.
  • Flexible Configurations: Available in 2-row or 4-row configurations. For systems with 72 modules or more, racks can be arranged on both sides of a manifold unit. Each row can be operated as a separate filtration line.
  • Frame Material: Standard version features C4-coated frame profiles; a stainless steel version is available on request.

  • 4-row double-sided configurations (Multibore® 0.9 membrane): Range from 72 modules (5040 m² membrane area) to 136 modules (9520 m² membrane area).
  • 4-row double-sided configurations (Multibore® 1.5 membrane): Range from 72 modules (3600 m² membrane area) to 136 modules (6800 m² membrane area).
