Summary

Product identification

The T-Rack® 3.0 S is a modern ultrafiltration system designed for compact, space-saving, and lightweight solutions, particularly suitable for mobile applications such as containers and trailers. It features a robust design with high corrosion and pressure resistance, optimized for seawater applications.

Key features include:

  • Suitable for containers – small footprint
  • Plug-and-play installation – easy to assemble
  • Suitable for direct feed – high pressure operability
  • Optimized for sea water – high corrosion resistance
  • Easy to add more modules – great flexibility

The system is fully scalable and can be supplied in configurations with either two or four rows of modules. Each row can be operated as a separate filtration line due to separate filtrate headers.

Membrane Specifications

The dizzer® XL ultrafiltration module utilizes Multibore® membranes made of PESM with an approximate pore size of 0.02 µm. Each fiber contains 7 capillaries.

  • Inside diameter: 0.9 mm
  • Outside diameter: 4.0 mm
  • Active membrane area per module: 60 m² (645 ft²)
  • Module part number: VK-1102

Multibore® 1.5

  • Inside diameter: 1.5 mm
  • Outside diameter: 6.0 mm
  • Active membrane area per module: 40 m² (430 ft²)
  • Module part number: VK-1103
